As my father (Yeap Seng Koon) is arrested now and we are strangers of this place. We hope you will be kind enough to release him first and settle the heavy fine of our being said of deceiving the Chinese Government for three years afterwards. Wr hope you will do this matter as soon as possible for we are big family all depend our daily food on him. Your pity on us will be
much obliged.
Kindly tell us what to do as regard to the matter
at your earliest possibly can.
